Sharing data

If you want to collaborate or share the progress of your catalog with your colleagues, you can share datasets and collections with your colleagues. To share a dataset or collection, open it and click "Manage Access".

Data collection's access view

You can give different level of the permissions:

• Viewer: users can only view and get catalog and data
• Editor: users can view and edit catalog and data
• Admin: users have editor permissions and can manage other users' permissions

You can give permissions only to the existing platform users.

When collection or dataset is shared with a person, a person will see it in "My Data" page with "Internally shared" icon.
